The apartment :
Located on the 3rd floor, this large 60sqm new flat offers all the comfort necessary for your vacations.
The luminous living room is equipped with a television and a sofa bed for 2 persons. There is also a 13 sqm terrace East orientated, with a beautiful vue on the station and the valley.
The open kitchen is entirely equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine...)

The first room is furnished with a double bed, and the second one with a bunk bed for 2 people.
Two bathrooms with shower and seperate WC.

Ski locker and garage.

The residence :
New residence, les Lodges 1970 is located in the heart of the resort. It is close to the ski slopes and the shopping gallery, this residence offers you all the advantages of the new, and the montains constructions charm.

Plagne Centre :
Located in the heart of the resort, Plagne Centre is the place where you'll find shops, activities and all kinds of services. Plagne Centre is the main crossroad of the resort. At the top of the Grand Rochette ski lift, you'll see one of the most beautiful panorama of the Alps.

Health rules are at the heart of our concerns, we are implementing, in partnership with our cleaning service providers, a reinforced health protocol in accordance with the recommendations of the profession.

Apartment cleaning:
Each apartment will be cleaned and disinfected by professionals following strict procedures. A check will be carried out in your accommodation before your arrival.
A more thorough disinfection will be carried out at the level of contact areas, door handles, switches, taps, remote control and any accessory likely to have been in contact with the hand. We remind you that it is essential that everyone takes responsibility for leaving their accommodation as clean as possible after their visit. Cleaning/disinfection instructions for the apartments will be available.
