The partnership agreement

A good idea for the effective sale of your property! If you are about to put a property on the market and cannot make up your mind whether to instruct an estate agent, the PARTNERSHIP agreement is a “win-win” relationship! Dedicated to property owners and born out of GSI’s local experience, the Partnership agreement applies such new marketing methods as peer-to-peer sites and networks to optimise the sale of a property.

The concept? To combine the exclusivity of an agreement instructing GSI with opening up to the property owners’ networks, sharing the sales fees with the latter should the purchaser come from their network. A flexible and modern solution based on win-win.
