Located on the second floor of a luxury residence with lift, this flat comprises a living/dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a first bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a sofa bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.

The residence is located in the heart of the village of Praz-sur-Arly, not far from the slopes (approximately 600 metres). The new swimming lake, open in summer, is approximately 800 metres from the flat.
You will have a designated indoor parking space and a private ski locker. The accommodation has a north-facing balcony accessible from the living room.
