This 57 m² 2-room flat is located on the 2nd floor (with lift) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:

- a living room with 1 sofa bed (160 cm), 1 TV
- a kitchenette with 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, 1 mini-oven, 3 induction hobs, 1 fridge, extractor fan, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster
- a bathroom with toilet

The balcony with mountain views faces north-west. The ski locker is in the main residence.
Non-smoking flat / Pets not allowed

THE RESIDENCE :
Recent residence combining lauze, stone and wood directly near the centre of the resort. It has a wellness area: small heated indoor swimming pool (10m*5m) with unlimited access. Billiards in the reception lounge and laundry facilities.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD :
In the centre of Les Coches, close to all the amenities and shops as well as the nursery and the ESF. Many events take place on the Place du Carreau. The residences are at the foot of the slopes. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
